Made by the Regal China Company in 1970 and approx. 12" high, this decanter is in excellent condition.The handcrafted paper seal is still attached.The embossed sub along with the printed "Manitowoc Submarine Memorial Association Operation REDFIN" and "28 W.W.II Submarines Built At Manitowoc, Wisconsin" is visible on one side of the decanter.
