This is a hardback book titled "The Wolf" by Sgt. Leonard Sansoner.
This is a book of 82 World War II era cartoons that appeared as a regular feature of the Camp Newspaper Service. All of the cartoons in this book were from the original creation of the character, The Wolf.

This book has an introduction by Milton Caniff who did his service during World War II creating a feature for the Camp Newspaper Service titled "Male Call" .

This book was published by United Publishers in 1945. It is a First Edition of the book.

The dimensions of the book are 6 5/8" x 8 1/8" and is 3/8" thick. It has 46 pages which are printed with 82 cartoons.

This book is in fine condition. The paper has yellowed slightly and shows some handling but the paper is clean. The outside cover has a leatherette finish. There is some wear at the corners on the front and back. Otherwise the cover is fine. Couple folded corners. These issues are not significant enough to detract from the presentation of the book and in no way effect the cartoon contents.
