Peter - 1998 Sebastian for S.E.C.A. members
This piece, mint in box, had a limited production, as it was made in 1998 only for Sebastian Exchange Collectors Association. (Please forgive the glare on his nose. His nose is perfect.) This figure books for $40, in the 2001 edition of the Sebastian Miniatures Gold Book; but it's being offered here for only $20.

Sebastian Miniature - Pocahontas
Sebastian miniature – Pocahontas – is just over 2 ½” tall. She is a Marblehead figure, and she has the Marblehead “tan”. Name is on the front of the base, and the copyright info is on the back. Produced between 1940 and 1958, she’s in great shape! I can find no chips, cracks or other damage. Paint is even good!

Sairey Gamp & Mrs Harris Sebastian Miniature
Here we have Sarah Gamp (better known as Sairey. She is a totally disreputable nurse, famous for her bulky umbrella and perpetual reference to Mrs. Harris, a purely imaginary person whose opinions always quaoted by Sairey, always confirm Sairey's opinions. Over the years, many collectors have been confused by the six-sided disk with the words "Mrs Harris" inscribed on the surface. She's not there because she never was. Sairey, however, is 2,5" tall and in excellent shape. She sports a ligh blue Sebastian label on the base. Both Sairey and Mrs. Harris are included in this sale.

Mr. Obocell - Sebastian miniature
Baston designed Mr. Obocell for the Irwin Neisler drug company. Obocell was a patent medicine for obesity, based on the theory of cutting down the taker's appetite. Mc. Obocell has become so bloated that, in bending over, the seat of his trousers has ripped. He has just discovered the damage! Neisler salesmen gave the figurine to doctors. This Mr. Obocell is in great shape, without chips or cracks - although there is a rip in the seat of his trousers, as mentioned above. He stands 4" tall and would make a great addition to your collection!

Gary Coyle miniature Clam Digger
Gary Coyle miniature 2 ½” Clam Digger closely resembles a Sebastian, but material is slightly different. Carries the Gary Coyle stamp on the base. Gary Coyle was associated with Prescott Baston in the early days. Coyle went on his own and produced his own line of miniatures. He was not as successful as Mr. Baston. These pieces do not show up often. This one has a little paint loss on the face, but other than that, it’s in perfect condition. Makes an interesting addition to a Sebastian collection.

Sebastian Miniature Aunt Betsy Trotwood
Sebastian Miniature Aunt Betsy Trotwood is just under 3" tall, and she has the coveted patent pending notation on the side of the base. She was made during the Marblehead era, 1946-53. The P Baston mark is also on the side of the base, along with the 1946 date. She has the true Marblehead stain, and is in wonderful condition. There are no chips, scratches or paint wear. The colors are crisp.
