Hudson pewter, girl at mailbox Hudson Pewter, Girl at the Mailbox, is 2" tall and delightful. She has the Hudson mark on the base. The finish on this piece is crisp and clear. No signs of tarnish or any damage. Down to the flowers around the mailbox post, she’s detailed and cheery, dating from around 1985.

Spoontiques pewter Wimpy Spoontiques pewter Wimpy comes straight from a Popeye comic strip, with his hamburger in hand. Wimpy loves to eat hamburgers, and is usually seen with one, but is usually too cheap to pay for them. A recurring joke is Wimpy's attempts to con other patrons of the diner into buying him his lunch. This pewter has caught Wimpy in the act. It’s 2.5" tall and carries the Spoontiques pewter mark on the base, along with its production date of 1980, and the KFS copyright mark. He’s in great shape with no rust or dents.

Hudson Pewter lady, Alice Hudson Pewter Alice is from The Villagers Series, Raymond’s Cove grouping. The artist for this sculpture was LaRocca. Alice is 2.75" tall, and her base contains the Hudson mark, the LaRocca mark, her 4207 number, and the 1987 date. Alice is in wonderful shape, with crisp enemal paint on her scarf, hat feather, and trim on her coat. There is no rust or any other damage. She’s in wonderful shape!

Hudson pewter, Walli Tennis Girl Walli introduced this Tennis Girl in pewter, without a face, in 1973. It was produced by Hudson pewter. She’s 5.5" tall, has her Walli © on the back of the base, and her Hudson mark is on the side of the base. There appears to be a kiln crack which goes partially across the bottom of the base, but it does not go through to the top. There is no rust. There are no dents. She’s in quite good condition.

Glass Blower Pewter glass blower from the Evergreen Collection was made in Great Britain, and their mark and information are shown on the bottom of the base. It is also signed. Although this particular piece has some age to it, it is still currently offered by Evergreen on their web site in Great Britain for the price of approx $116 plus postage. I’ve had this piece for around 20 years, and I purchased it on the secondary market. 3.75" tall and there is no tarnish. No pieces are bent. My price is $36.

Avon pewter Bear Avon First Day of School Bear is just over 2.5" tall and is full of charm. The Avon pewter mark is on the base, along with the date of 1983. There are no dents; there is no rust. He’s in excellent shape.

Lance Pewter - Holding Ground Prior to Chilmark, there was Lance who partnered with Royal Worchester and entered the detailed miniaature scale sculpture market in 197l. Philip Krackowski, nationally known sculpture was their chosen designer. This piece, Holding Ground, now permanently retired, was issued in 1971. It's just over 4" tall and sits on a marble base. There were 1084 issued. It's in great shape, and looking for a home. The details are awesome! Don't miss this one, as they are extremely difficult to find.

Mary Short Studio bowl with eyelets and ribb Mary Short Studio bowl with ribbon, from Topeka, Kansas, made around 1950. It’s 2" tall and 6" across. No chips, cracks or other damage. In excellent condition.
 

Hudson pewter buffalo Hudson pewter buffalo is 2.5" tall and 4" long. He’s full of wonderful detail and shading. The Hudson mark is on the tummy, but I’m unable to get a picture of it, for the tummy is very dark.. This little fellow is in excellent shape with no rust whatsoever.

Hudson pewter MIckey Mouse Fire Fighter Hudson pewter Mickey Mouse Fire Fighter wears a red fireman’s hat which shows that he is #1. His ears and nose are black; The tip of the hose is brass, as is the connection to the fire hydrant which has a red spot on top. On the base is the Hudson fine pewter mark, along with © Disney 7348, USA. It was produced cerca 1985, and is in excellent shape. There are no dents; no rust; no damage of any kind. Ready to come to your house and stay, to put out any imaginary fires that may occur.

Schmid, Walt Disney Pluto in pewter Schmid Pewter Pluto is busy sleeping. He’s 2" long, 1 ½ " wide, and just over ½ " high.
The Schmid mark is on the base, along with a Walt Disney Prod mark, and the number 0092. Last, but not least, the base also has a sticker from Kira’s, the gift shop where he was originally purchased. He dates from 1978. There is no rust or any other damage. He’s in like-new condition.

Spoontiques pewter Popeye Spoontiques pewter Popeye is 2" tall and on the bottom is stamped "© KFS Spoontiques ©1980 Pewter." Popeye, of course, is holding green spinach in his right hand.
This is a small pewter figurine of Popeye holding a can of green spinach in his right hand. The figurine is 2" high and on the bottom is stamped "© KFS Spoontiques ©1980 Pewter." This piece is finely detailed even down to the anchor tatoo on Popeye's left arm and is in excellent condition.

Pewter Sea Captain Pewter Sea Captain is 3.75" tall and full of detail, maker unknown. There is no rust or any other damage. He’s walking with a bended cane, looking back on his conquests of old. Seems content, with a smile on his face.

Poole pewter jigger Poole pewter "thimble" is actually a jigger! It carries the Pewter by Poole mark on the base, along with the number 2208 which we know is not the year it was made. Spirit or tot measures have been made in the shape of thimbles since Victorian times as popular novelties. They replicate thimbles, down to the indentations and when placed with the open side up the height measures, on average, 2". This thimble has no dents or rust, but it could use a good cleaning. But you may prefer it just the way it is!
