McCoy Seaman’s bank is 5.5" tall, and it dates from the 1940’s. The space between his legs is still the original blue, and it contains the copyright sign and the initials SBS, which stand for Seaman’s Saving Bank. The original stopper is not present, but the cork bottom with the words "The Seaman’s Bank for Savings" is. The area around the coin slot is pristine. There are no chips, cracks or repairs. He’s in excellent condition. |
