Hedi Schoop butterfly dish is 8" wide at the top of the wings. On the back is the Sedi Schoop, Hollywood mark, along with a sticker from The California Shop in Venezuela. Dating from around 1950, this piece is quite detailed with marvelous colors, trimmed with gold paint. Examination with a magnifying glass shows 8 tiny rim chips, which blend in with the multicolored rim. But the price has subsequently been reduced from $51 to $35.
