This is a rare early Victorian wicker sewing stand that retains the original natural finish. It is a fine example of early wicker design. The top features a fancy hand caned star pattern panel, framed by rattan with original handle. The interior of the top retains the original red quilted fabric and many of the old pins! The top is wire hinged. |
