Undated, signed Coretto. Size-7 1/8 in.high x 9 3/8 in.wide, includes 1/8 in. dark border for photographic purposes. Pencil, ink and watercolor rendering. Very nicely executed drawing and design. Lettering was done seperately and then attached to the drawing. Mounted on paperboard backing. Condition-age/acid yellowing overall but not too bad yet. Corners are discolored from the top mat, which thankfully came off w/o damaging the artwork. No tears, foxing or water stains. Does have a few abrasions(see detail photo). Should have proper conservation done by a professional which should increase its value. An interesting addition to any poster art/folk art collection. Dutch Faience Framed Tile-Elijah with Ravens 1780 Antique 1780 Dutch Faience magenta/purple handpainted glazed wall tile. Design is of Elijah being fed by 2 ravens and a castle or manor house in the background. Frame is original, has normal wear and some nicks, has 4 feet so it could've been used as a tea tile. The tile itself is 5 1/4 in. square, no maker's marks. Back has remnants of original wall mounting. Condition-no crazing, has 2 corner holes from it original manufacture. There are 2 cracks, 1 with a corresponding old chip, some residue in the corners but I didn't want to risk damage by cleaning too hard. Could be restored. Priced according to condition.
