Copeland-Spode Flow Blue Castle Scene Tureen Underplate Printed mark c.1894--1910, rd.no.180288 (design was registered in 1884). Also impressed Copeland Spode mark with N 05. Blue transferware, very little flow, floral border with center castle town scene and a boat with passengers. I couldn't find a reference for the pattern. This is an underplate for a tureen. Could be used as a platter. No cracks or crazing, has a very minor under edge chip that looks very old, also has a light stain in the middle which really does not detract from the piece. Size 10 in. long x 8 in. wide. A stunning piece for someone who has the tureen or by itself! Free USA shipping including delivery confirmation and insurance!
