A bombshell navy colored vintage ladies suit from the 40s-50s era. Beautiful crepe fabric makes for a swingy piece. Large shiny rayon like collar has snazzy swirls done with thread. Really sharp! Peplum waist has the ornate swirls as decoration as does the cuffs of the sleeves. Front buttons. Small shoulder pads. The skirt is a sweet A-line with a little swing. Hard to find size. For the gal who likes the "real" thing. Swing dance, fancy dance, WWll reenactment, or old car people. There is a label that reads: Jeanette Frocks, Minneapolis. A flamboyant yet subtle two piece dress and cape from the vintage early 60s. Well made and hardly worn. A wool crepe like fabric dress and the cape is wool. Dress has wonderful front detail. Tucks on breast. Wasit is nipped and elastic for give. Two large front pockets. Raglan sleeve and 3/4 length. The cape is fabulous and all lined. Front double-breasted close and open slits on sides for arms. Really a bombshell dress. There is a zipper in the back and it has the belt. I see no label but well made. A sexy, DEEP PLUNGE V neckline of teal SUEDE ribbed leather. The DOLMAN sleeves have BIG shoulder pads with RIBBED suede inserts for added interest.
