FUN TIC-TAC-TOE TIE TACK & CUFF SET OH A crazy fun set of cuff links and tie tack with the tic-tac-toe x and o. In very good condition. The metal is gold colored and has black dots and X's. Darling. The tie is held with a tack. From "Parke Davis & Company". There is a mark on the back. A little something for the tie guy. In very good condition. Thanks.
