Fabulous halter top with adjustable button straps and a zipper in the back. Cinched around the bustline and finished on the edge. Lovely quilted cotton fabric. Full swing skirt. Side zipper on the skirt. There is a label that reads: "Junior Miss, California,size 13. That is an old size 13 mind you! You must measure around a 36" bust, a 26" waist and hips are full. Shoulder to waist is 17" and the length is 46". There is a couple of inches you could let out perhaps. There is a label that reads: "Peg Palmer". Nice dress for your swing, USO, or WWll dance.
