There is some wear under the arms, and a rust color, and a rhinestone pin is missing from the shoulder. All minor. Flocked velvet fabric with flowers on the smooth. Outstanding. The bodice has velvet trim around the neck and needs a small pin at the shoulder. Roomy through the bust. This dress has been shortened and there is very little to let back out. The petticoat does not come with this dress. There is a side zipper and it comes with the belt. You must measure around a 44"-46" bust and a waist of 38".
