Comes with garters under the dress for the black striped hose! Wonderful detail! A little feathered headband is included. The bust is around a 34"-40" waist of 25"-30". There is some give in this dress and you could be slightly larger if you are willing to wear it tighter. The stockings really offset this pice and the fafic is comfortable and moveable.
