Enchanting Victor Costa vintage 1960s dress. Sheer lace bodice and polka dot draped bottom! Several fabrics are used here for some dazzling effect. Black and white polka dot chiffon bottom that sweeps to the side and is adorned with a tear shaped rhinestone pin and satin bow. The bodice is fitted and has open lace showing on the arms, shoulder, and top bust area. Sexy indeed! On the waist is lace with black satin ribbon running horizontally between the lace. Stunning really! The zipper is in the back. There is a label that reads: Victor Costa,size 4. Please measure yourself with tape for best fit.
