WAIST: 28"-30". A gorgeous black velvet wiggle dress from Lilli Diamond in good to very good condition. Some wear and the hem has been taken up rather poorly. Sweet swiss dot net for sleeves and front bodice. Trimmed in black velvet. No defined waist. There is a bow and zipper in back. You must measure around a 34"-40" bust, waist of 28"-30", and hips up to 40".
