Sassy and fun to wear roaring 20s dress. All polyester fabric with a rich royal blue color. Eight rows of fringe! Great for your gangster, costume theatre, or 1920s party. Somewhat stretch fabic so you have a little give. Pretty gold sequined trim around neck and comes with a gold sequined headband and tall blue feathers. Please measure yourself for best fit.
