Probably 30". Fabulous big shoulder pads and a lounge singer 1940s fit. You must have short arms. The chest is a 40"-42" and from shoulder to hem is 32". There is no vent in back. Shoulder to shoulder is 17". There is a label that reads: "Henry's". A fine men and women's store no longer in business. Perfect swing look, lounge singer look, or WWll reenactment.
