The cuffs have fancy ruffles and a button. Should be worn full for best look and my measurements will reflect that. The sleeves are medium length. A MEDIUM is a 38"-42" chest and the length tapers to 33". A LARGE is a 44"-46" chest. The length also tapers. Note that I have allowed room for width but the arms are short at 32".
