An elegant looking blue 1920s style, gatsby flapper dress in excellent condition. Beautiful stretch velvet like fabric with a wonderful design. A long row of 6 inch fringe along the neck and a single 6 inch long row along the bottom. A little stretch to the fabric there is some give and take to the size. Runs on the large side because of the stretch.

The waist is slightly fitted, not a straight cut, and the dress is short but the fringe is long. The hips are the same size as the bust. Slips over the head. Comes with a matching blue sequined headband with three feathers. A great dress for your gatsby or roaring 20s era
