WAIST: 30"-32". A tantalizing vintage 1960s dress with fringe added for a great gogo look. Beautiful rose applique beneath the fringe on the hip area. Eight rows of fringe! A costume dress only. Probably made for Rose in the musical "Bye Bye Birdie". When she dances on the table for the club men! In very good condition. A great flapper look too but fitted through the waist. There is a zipper in the back.
