A tantalizing vintage 1960s dress for the gal who likes to move it, move it. Black wiggle dress with 8 rows of fringe! Beautiful rose applique under it all on the right side. Wide rose! A little high waisted and then smooth through the waist and hips. A zipper in the back. Sexy and quite the traffic-stopper. I have pinned this on my mannequin for best look. Please measure yourself with tape for best fit.
