Comes with a belt. Needs a hook and eye at waist. Perfect theatre, costume 1950s dress. You must measure around a 42"-46" bust, a waist of 32"-34", and hips flare. Shoulder to waist is long at 19" and the length is 45" with another 3" of hem to let out if needed. There is no label. Really lovely dress for the redhead in your play.
