An enchanting 1940s vintage hat that sits so pretty on top of the head. Tilt it, wear it straight, low or high. Small stick up front with rabbit trim. A big grosgrain bow on the back. Stays on with a round covered metal ring. Could be used for a 1860s hat, the way it is so small and tilts. Darling and a nice collectible. There is a label that reads: New York Creations, and on the back, Consumers Protection Label.
