A charming car coat from the early 1900s. That is my guess. A lightweight linen like fabric with three beautiful mother-of-pearl buttons on front. Two low pockets on the sides. Flaps in the back for your skirt. I think this may be a young girls size because it is short. Very wearable and sturdy.
