Long sleeve, front button. Two patch pockets with buttons. There is a label that reads: Towncraft, Single Needle Sleeve, M-15 1/2. For your jazz player or rockabilly band guy. I have pinned this on my mannequin for best look. Please measure yourself for best fit.
CONDITION: VERY GOOD EXCEPT FOR A COUPLE STAINS ON THE LEFT BOTTOM SLEEVE.
