The real thing here from the 1920s era. Very beaded and machine stitched all over, front and back. The Egyptian modif suggests a dress from right after 1921-22 when King Tuts tomb was found. Brown and beige silk rayon. Pleats in front. sleeves sheer under beads. Wearable with care and it is a delicate piece.

There are snaps at the shoulder only and slips over your head and shoulders. A rare and pricless dress from the 1920s era. I have pinned this on my mannequin for best look. Please measure yourself for best fit.
CONDITION. VERY GOOD FOR AGE. SOME SEAMS NEED REENFORCED. A FEW MINOR SPOTS AND ONLY A FEW TINY HOLES BUT NOT BAD OVERALL. WEARABLE WITH CARE. HAS BEEN IN MY COLLECTION FOR 20 YEARS AND NEVER WORN IN THAT TIME.
