The fabric is fabulous silver and gold lace acetate with blue nylon underlay. There is a zipper in the back and it comes with the belt. There is a label that reads: Acetate,Nylon, size 18. An old size 18! I have pinned this on my mannequin for best look. Please measure yourself for best fit.
