A irresistible black vintage 50s skirt for your next party. Beautiful flocked velvet and small sparkles on a semi-sheer fabric. A nylon underslip with a trim of netting for fullness in the skirt and illusion see through. Heavenly scalloped edges on the hem. Velvet waistband and a zipper on the side.
