Black panels of stretch bodice. Big flounce draped front with underlace. Slants to the back for a layered bustle effect with ribbons. Fake tie lace-up back can only be opened very little. Mostly for looks. Comes with garter belts attached but NO hosiery. A little hard to zip up the side without help. Can be hippy but not real wide on top. Please measure yourself for best fit.
