A stunning show-stopper vintage 1920s dress for the women who wants to wear the real thing! Beautiful workmanship on the beaded and threaded neckline. Has lovely bead-work and special hand sewn thread-work. Three tiers of this same unique workmanship on the side hip. The sleeve cuffs are an adorable flounce. Long dress probably late 20s. Lots of snaps for close. The front bodice is a panel over other fabric. Inside is a chemise sort of top that has snaps for close. A sort of under-slip top that helps hold the fabric up and on the hips. Could be taken out perhaps, if you wanted. Fabric is silk-like. Very wear-able. I have pinned this on my mannequin for best look. Please measure yourself for best fit.
CONDITION: VERY GOOD. THE OUTSIDE OF DRESS IS VERY GOOD. ONE TINY PLACE ON TOP BEADED RUFFLE WHERE THREADS ARE COMING LOOSE. CAN BE CLIPED OR NOTHING DONE. DOES NOT TAKE AWAY FROM DRESS. THE INSIDE SLIP CHEMISE IS A LITTLE YELLOW AND A FEW SMALL TEARS ON UPPER SLIP THAT NEED MENDED. DRESS IS VERY VERY GOOD FOR HER AGE. RARE AND WONDERFUL.
