A darling vintage 1920s dress with fringe! Rare and wonderful. The real thing with flair. Black chiffon crepe fabric with long fringe on sides of bodice and on bottom sides. Tight sheer sleeves with flounce cuff. A beautiful clasp at the hips front has been added. This dress looks like the hip band has been changed. Ok workmanship. The hem on this dress is adorable. A zig-zag with the fringe overlay. The back is to die for too. All fringe and zig zag. This dress slips over your head. There is a label that reads: H. Liebes & Co, San Francisco at the waistline. Please measure yourself for best fit.
