Blue& White Spongeware Bowl
Bonded Seller offers this 8 5/8" unmarked blue and white crockware bowl.
Granma always used the unglazed bowl edge to sharpen her old fashioned carbon steel kitchen knives, which tended to cause small edge flakes after a period of time as this one shows. The interior of the bowl shows utensil marks (why so many sterling and plated tablespoons have badly worn bowl edges). A nicely experienced bowl from the past century for use in this new century. 3.5 lbs un-packed weight.
