Cutie-pie "Teen Age Shirt" sewing pattern by Simplicity, number 4811. "Shirt is styled with a forward shoulder seam. The back, softly gathered, joins a yoke. Small collar is rounded. Shirt front has a band and button closing." Long or short sleeves. Suggested fabrics: cotton, rayon, linen, jersey and lightweight wool. Pattern looks in good shape with the ususal wear, pieces are neatly folded up inside.
