Oh Fredricks has done it again. You can always depend on them to give that feminine, dramatic wow look. So here is a really cute 1980’s black velvet with black satin lower ruffle smaller dress. Awesome details with rhinestone gems in various colors here and there - so cool and really different look. Prefect for the holidays, special occasion or?? Back zipper, scooped back neckline, dry clean only, label states a size 3/4 and measures; bust 32", waist 26", hips 35", across shoulders 15" and length 44". One very small spot of lower black satin and very small flaw along seam line at same spot however not so noticeable otherwise in great shape. So go have fun in this one.
