Aero Scratch Remover, Furniture Polish
This 4-oz. bottle of AERO SCRATCH REMOVER FURNITURE POLISH measures 5.5 inches, top to bottom, with a 1- by 2.25-inch base and some of the nicest ribs along the sides of the glass bottle. It has a red metal cap.

The polish was made by Boyle-Midway Co. and this was likely from the 1950s. The label shows some discoloration, but is entirely readable. The bottle has no apparent defects. (6296)

Sample: Beacon Wax Dirt Remover
This four-ounce sample bottle of Beacon Wax & Dirt Remover from the early 1950s promised to remove every brand of floor wax without scrubbing. The amber-colored bottle, with ‘Beacon’ written in the glass bottom, also has a metal lid with ‘Insist on Beacon quality’ printed on it. The bottle measures 4 inches tall with a 2-inch diameter base.

The bottle is in Very Good condition with no apparent defects. The label shows some discoloration and edge wear, but still is readable and displayable! (6295)

1940s Bostwick Household Spray Wax
Was this the forerunner of Pledge? The 4.75-inch tall tin has an old-fashioned aerosol top. The paper label is printed in tan, red and brown. This early push-button spray can was made by Bostwick Laboratories, Bridgeport, CT. Although the label is somewhat faded, the product is in Very Good condition with no other apparent defects (6287)

This 5-inch tall clear glass bottle with a red metal lid contained 4 ounces of MUFTI SPOT REMOVER – It Makes Spots Disappear! Vintage DUCKLING Sponge Pot Cleaner Another interesting name … this is a DUCKLING SPONGE POT-CLEANER, made by Duck Products Co., Orange NJ. and suggesting the buyer ‘Duck Work with Duck!’ The ‘scour-treated cellulose’ sponge is to be used ‘with water and soap,’ is ‘downy-soft when wet’ and measures about 3 inches by 4 inches. It promises not to rust or shred. This lot includes TWO packages.
