The 95-page hardbound includes the usual recipe sections: breads, cakes, frostings, desserts, light refreshments, meats, pies, rice, egg, vegetable dishes and salads.
Additionally, however, are special sections offering quantity recipes, menus (for campfire, picnic and larger groups), and amounts to buy for serving 50 persons.
