From 1996, using stamp designs from past years, Avon created jewelry based on the stamps. This Angel Brooch, based on a 1975 stamp, is goldtone with green and red enamelling and gorgeous sparkling ruby red rhinestone holly berries. The angel dangles from the bell. Still attached to the original card. I don't know if the brooch is singed; I haven't taken it off the card. SIZE: Brooch: 1 3/8 x 1 1/2" (I have another example of the Smithsonian stamp jewelry(Item #19599): a toy train brooch in the original box.
