In very good condition and appears to have been carefully removed from an album leaving most of the binding intact with very good edges. Publishers Plate No. 27.

Good bond weight paper in good condition. Appears to have been removed from an album leaving some rough but intact page edges.
There is a small ¾" tear at bottom (open, may be closed with archival tape) and overall good + condition for its age.
Flourish scroll style engraving on cover/front page. Pages: 4 9½ x 12¼
