This rare baseball card set contains 30 Hall of Famers and a total of 66 pictures. Some duplications. The set is reprinted from the original card strips. There are 22 strips of three players each,at least one of which is a Hall of Famer, just as the cards appeared in 1931. The original set was manufactured in 1931 by an unknown maker. Such players as; Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Jimmie Fox, Roger Hornsby, Lefty Grove, etc are included. |
