BLACK JELLY BASKET, WESTMORELAND This black glass basket with a split handle is often referred to as a Jelly Basket. Measures 6.5 x 4 in. and is approx. 3.75 in. tall. In very good condition, Free of nicks, chips, cracks, etc. This is a Westmoreland mold, unmarked, and I believe the pattern is called Panelled Grape. A great accent item to use and display.

BLACK AMETHYST HAT, LARGE This hat measures 11 x 10 in. and is approx. 4 in. tall. In perfect condition. Super heavy black amethyst. It has a slightly turned up brim and the classic 3 pinch in the crown. Display, or turn it upside down and use to serve snacks, or as an ice bucket. Unique! Weighs nearly 4 lbs.Appears to be blown as there are no mold marks. Perhaps from the 20's-30's.Maker unknown.

Black glass Handled server, tray A black glass handled server that measures 10 in. diameter. I think this was designed to hold tumblers to serve drinks. In very good condition, it has 8 round spaces for tumblers? Perhaps produced by the L E Smith Glass Co. This would be very attractive holding crystal tumblers. It has a textured underside.

BLACK AMETHYST CRACKER JAR. This mint condition black amethyst covered cracker jar stands 6.5 in. tall, plus the lid. 5 in. diameter plus the tab handles. Sleek styling. a must for a black amethyst collection, and also useful. Shows a deep amethyst[purple] when held to a light. No chips, nicks, or damage in any way. Vintage and maker unknown.

BOYD GLASS BLACK , DUCK DECORATED ASHTRAY An ashtray produced by the Boyd Art Glass co. in black glass. Measures 7.5 in. diameter and is 1 in. tall. Marked with the B in a diamond and 2 lines so would be from the 1988-1993 period. In very good condition, free of any nicks, chips, etc. This is not a routinely made item by this company, so would be in very limited production. Weighs 3lbs. plus packing.The raised flying ducks are a bit hard to image with my camera. Hopefully you will be able to get an idea of what I'm describing.

Black Glass Souvenir Pipe, St. Cloud Minnesota A black glass souvenir pipe with gold decoration. From St. cloud Minn. The gold is worn a bit at the top rim. This pipe would have been used to hold wood matches. I find no damage other than the wear to the gold. Measures 5.75 in. long and stands 2.75 in. tall. The bowl is 2 in. diameter.

Black glass Vase Deco shape A lovely black glass vase with unique styling that gives it a deco flair. Stands 10 in. tall and measures 2.5 in. diameter at the widest area. I have seen a similar vase at one time with a Made in Finland sticker. It is a quality glass and has no makers sticker or identifying mark. Black glass always enhances a collection and makes a statement as an accent item. No damage.

BLACK AMETHYST ICE BUCKET This black amethyst ice bucket has a silver metal handle. I'm not sure if it's silver plated or is chrome. In excellent condition, it stands 6 in. tall and is 5 in. diameter at the top. The sleek styling gives it a truly elegant look. It shows a lovely amethyst color when held to a very bright light as it's quite heavy glass. I believe it to be from the late '30's-early '40's era.

Black Satin Glass Basket Tiffin? This black satin glass basket ia in very good condition. I believe this was produced by the Tiffin Glass Co. Perhaps in the late '30's-late '40's era. Stands 10 in. tall and the flared top measures 6.5 x 4 in. The handle appears to be molded rather than applied. A true satin finish that Tiffin did so well. An awesome vintage addition to your basket collection. No chips, nicks, etc. This one has been in my own collection for over 25 years and now must downsize.

Tiffin Black Satin decorated Basket This black satin glass basket ia in very good condition. I believe this was produced by the Tiffin Glass Co. Perhaps in the late '30's-late '40's era. Hand decorated with an enamelled bird and flower motif. Stands 10.5 in. tall and the flared top measures 6.75 x 4 in. The handle appears to be molded rather than applied. I think the colorful bird is perhaps a parrot. Well done and the true satin finish that Tiffin did so well. An awesome vintage addition to your basket collection. No chips, nicks, etc.

BLACK AMETHYST BOWL, TRAY, LADLE SET This 3 pc. set is in excellent condition. Handpainted with a floral design. The bowl is 6 in. diam. and 2 in. tall. The tray is 7 in. diam. and the ladle is 5 in. long. A superb way to serve a dressing or topping. In the Mt. Pleasant shape, I believe it was produced by the L.E. Smith Co. Perhaps in the '30's-'40's era. The glass will show amethyst when held to a bright light. Priced for the set of 3 pieces.

In excellent condition, it measures 8 in. diameter and stands 3.5 in. tall. There are 2 lines in the bottom of the inside that could be use scratches or straw marks from the cooling process when it was made. No nicks, chips, etc. Black glass always adds an elegant touch to your table setting or display. Shows amethyst color when held to a bright light.
