Glass - Fenton/Baskets at Globe Antiques & Collectables

Pink op. vintage basket A lovely pink opalescent glass basket with a cut out lacy top ruffled edge. Applied handle and a basket weave base. Stands 7 in. tall and measures 6 in. diameter. No damage. This basket is unmarked so I believe it was produced in the early 1960's before their items were marked with Fenton in an oval. This basket has been in my own collection for many years and I find I am at the downsizing stage of my life. Hoping to find a good home for this beauty.

Amberina Basket Daisy Button ptn. This lovely basket was produced by the Fenton Art Glass Co. Great amberina color in a daisy and button pattern. It stands 4in. tall and is 5.75 in. long and 2.75 in. wide. It stands on a short, scalloped pedestal base. The nearly touching crossed double handles are applied. No damage. This style was sometimes used as a jelly basket.

TOPAZ BASKET, BUTTERFLY AND BERRIES PTN. This lovely glass basket was produced by the Fenton Art Glass Co. In very good condition. Stands 7 in. tall and measures 4.5 x 3.5 in. at the top. I think the color is called topaz, It's a lovely glowing yellow. Sometimes Fenton has unique names for their colors. The pattern is called Butterflies and berries. Marked with the oval Fenton mark on the bottom. Perfect addition to your collection or gift a special someone.

BASKET, BUTTERFLY AND BERRIES PTN. CREST This lovely basket has a white glass crest and handle. Pattern is butterfly and berries. It has an irridized finish to enhance the pattern. Stands 7.5 in. tall and measures 4.5 x 5 in. diameter. Bottom signed W C Fenton and the oval Fenton mark. The sticker is still attached. No damage that I can find. Great additon to your basket or Fenton collection.

LIME SHERBERT BASKET, POPPY PTN. A lovely glass basket produced by the Fenton Art Glass Co. in the '60's era. Stands 9.5-10 in. tall and is 7 in. diameter. No chips, nicks, etc. Bright lime green color with a satin finish. The Fenton sticker is attached to the bottom. Usually the sticker is on the top side but I think someone has reattached it to the bottom to preserve it. A great addition to your Fenton or basket collection.

I don't find the handpainted handles very often. This is signed on the bottom Handpainted by Tim T. Piecrust crimped edge. No damage. No chips, nicks, cracks, etc. Display and enjoy this one.
