A vintage cookie jar that is called Dog In Basket. Bottom marked Pat. Pend. My cookie jar reference book just says Maker Unknown. This one is in fairly good condtion with just crazing, no chips, cracks, etc. It has been cold painted so has consequently lost a portion of its paint. Stands 12.5 in. tall and is 6.5 in. diameter. It will definitely add a nostalgic touch to your kitchen or collection. |
