This berry set consists of a large bowl that measures 9 in. diameter and 3 in. tall. The berry bowls are 4.5 in. diameter and 1.5 in. tall. There are 5 berry bowls in good condition. I have the 6th. one but it has a large notch broken out of it. Consider this a set of 4 individual bowls with a spare. I have done hours of research on this and can't decide if the pattern name is Cane insert by Tarantum Glass co. in the very early 1900's or Button and arches by Fenton Glass Co. in the mid-century. The bowls have a distinctive fluted top edge. No other damage than the chip mentioned earlier. A gorgeous set to display and use. A must have for a jadeite collector. |
