A vintage print of a black Madonna and Child. I believe this is the Madonna known as Czestochowa, Polish. Purchased at a sale at a local Catholic church when remodeling was being done. There are creases and breaks in the paper print but still displays very well. I believe it to be from the 1930's era. Plaster type frame. Under glass. The back has been cleaned up with fresh paper. Measures 22.5 x 14.75 in. overall. The print is 15.25 x 11.25 in. The frame has a wood base with plaster molded over it. |
