The plate has in addition to the beautiful colors, a very high relief border of scrolls and flowers-very lovely. The plate was made to be hung and has pierced holes to allow the wire at the back. Its made by Kent Fenton and Original Old Foley Ware. It measures 9 ½ inches across and is in excellent condition-no chips or cracks, just beautiful! Its highly decorative!
