ANTIQUARIAN ROAD MAPS CIRCA 1730s JOHN OLGILBY
Wonderful original English antiquarian maps by John Olgilby circa 1735. The pair of maps are in very nice original condition , still being very vibrant and highly decorative. One is a map from Kinslyn County, Norfolk to Harwich Essex and the other is from Fairybridge to Borovghbridge. Each map measures 16inches tall by 20 1/4 inches wide. A splendid original PAIR of framed maps to delight the collector of antiquarian maps and prints, or decorate your home or office with these gems.

CALIFORNIA LISTED ANDREAS ROTH LAKE LOUISE
Beautiful oil on canvas Original painting by California listed artist Andreas Roth entitled Lake Louise (Canadian Rockies) signed and dated 1932 it measures unframed 24 inches by 18 inches. The condition is very good with some craqueleur, it should be cleaned to bring out the full beauty of the oil painting. It’s a rare early oil painting by Roth. He was born in 1872 in Germany and due to the rise of the Nazi party in his country he immigrated to Los Angeles. He was very active in California and is well listed. He worked until his death in 1949. The Orange County Museum, California holds a number of his works. This oil painting is directly from an estate. A wonderful addition to your collection of early California listed artists.

Beautiful and so typical from the 1890s-1910 is this oil on board of a charming outdoor scene with a lake, mountains, elk and forest. LOVELY MINIATURE ON IVORY SIGNED ORIGINAL FRAME
What a fabulous find! A gorgeous French hand painted portrait miniature of a beautiful lady, it appears to be Marie Antoinette. This piece came from an estate which had many antique pieces of Marie Antoinette and Napoleonic items. The previous owner resided in Paris during the 1920s and up to 1939. The miniature is skillfully handpainted on thin ivory and signed difficult to interpret , it looks like ?UNGLING. The colors are still fresh with the lady wearing a garland of beautiful pink roses and the correct fashion of Marie Antoinette's time period. The bronze frame is also exquisite, it may hang or it may stand having its original back easel. The glass is hand ground and may be rock crystal, in exceptional condition, no chips or cracks. The miniature measures about 1.5 inches by 2 inches, the frame is 2.5 inches by 2 7/8 inches. A most beautiful signed miniature to add to your collection.

Beautiful late Victorian framed watercolor. The watercolor is most attractive and the artist was indeed talented. The work is signed with the intials HG. Overall measurements are 18 inches by 14 inches, the watercolor itself is 11 1/2 inches by 8 inches, attractively framed in a period gilt wooden frame. The condition is very fine with some foxing. Beautiful large oil on canvas painting. This fine dramatic au plein painting appears to be Rocky Mountains and strongly resembles the Vail valley in Colorado. It is beautifully done. It is in a rich gold gilded frame measuring overall 24 inches by 36 inches, the painting itself is 22 inches by 34 inches. It is signed by Volger Scniedergruber.
