LARGE 19th C BASKET TRAY ORIGINAL PAINT The sale is for this wonderful 19th century paint decorated antique basket tray. It measures 17.5" in diameter. The basket comes from the Main Line Philadelphia estate of one of the city's founding families who owned the largest mill in the colonies and came to Philadelphia in 1682 with William Penn. Provenance is available. Foliage and a fabulous bird are rendered in red and mustard colored paint. Buyer to pay $10.00 shipping and insurance in the continental US.
