Saint Louis paperweights

Saint Louis crystal works of France was founded in 1767, as the Royal Glassworks of King Louis XV. After a hiatus of almost a hundred years, the production of paperweights was resumed in 1953. They produced a limited number of paperweights in sulphides, millefiori, lampwork, filigree and overlay.
