An E and G list, skipping right over F (but check out our Fenton category!) fortuitiously combined Robert Eickholt with The Glass Eye, for whom he used to create.

PW142
E & R Golden Crown paperweight E&R Golden Crown (Ebeling & Reuss) was an import company in Pennsylvania distributing and importing china and crystal. Originally, they imported Swarovski crystal, but also many German, Viennese and Bavarian crystal lines.

This is a lovely Bohemian cut crystal beehive-shaped paperweight. Star-cut bottom and top, mill cut around bottom edge. Dark red bank around middle. Would look beautiful alongside similar wine glasses. Small chip near top, as seen in photo. 3 inches x 2.5, made circa 1981.

PW021
Robert Eickholt paperweight from 1982 Robert Eickholt formed his own studio making fine handblown glass in 1978. He has earned a reputation for beautiful and unique art glass objects, leading to international acclaim. Many of the innovative designs incorporate the use of the precious metals of gold and silver and the rare oxides of cobalt and copper.

PW021 features a blue ground, iridescent cascade with central air bubble, clear glass outside. Signed Eickholt 1982. 2.75 inches x 2.75, in mint condition. I have to say, the photos simply do not do this paperweight justice.

Paperweight by J.R. Grossman 1987 I LOVE this paperweight - it makes me think of Van Gogh's Starry Night painting. Seven pulled swirls of blue and cream over an amber center. It really should be displayed where light can shine through it. Signed JR Grossman 1987. 2.5 inches x 1.75, in mint condition. I haven't been able to find out much information on JR Grossman, other than he's listed as a glassblower in Illinois, and several glass artists mention him as an early mentor.
