Wedgwood paperweight Wedgwood, of course, goes back to the 1800's. Jasperware is a form of pottery that has a stoneware body which is either white or colored, which is noted for its matte finish. It was first developed by Josiah Wedgwood and its best known form is the popular blue-and-white ware, but it comes in many other colors.

This beautiful Wedgwood paperweight features a cameo of Caesar, handsomely detailed, in jasper on a crystal base. 3 inches in diameter, 1-7/8 inches high, it comes with the original box.
Manufacturer: Wedgwood
